Professional but friendly without being overbearing. There was an issue which was not their fault but they kept us up to date and did everything they could to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Brought the car in at the time it was expectecd and I gave my details to a lovely man who promised to ring as soon as it was ready. As soon as he rang I pucked the car up job done.

1. Oil : they asked if I needed it. I said yes please but the oil was out of stock 2. I asked to wash the car. They forgot about it. 3. I asked to help me with the clock. They forgot about it. 4. Finally after I reminded them again they did it
