Because, despite delivery delays, everything ran smoothly and the the agent I dealt with at the dealership, went overboard to make sure I was kept in the loop. He was extremely proficient with every aspect of the vehicle, too.

Superb 5*service from Samantha at Teesside Mini. Disappointed that there is only one physical key. Digital key will not work with my phone (Motorola G86 5g) running Android 16 so I will need to purchase additional key. Always had 2 keys in past

Prior to booking in the mini we were told that someone would ring us to tell us what was required and the cost. This did not happen instead we were rung up to say the car is ready for collection. We are a long standing customer.

I had asked for my car to be washed and cleaned but it had my empty bottle of water on the seat dirt on the steering wheel it hadn't been cleaned. The last time my car came back really nice with foot paper covers and a bottle of mini water
